Business Development Manager

Job Description: Different Gravy Digital is an award winning marketing agency that specialises in online paid advertising. Over recent years we have expanded significantly and serve local, national & international clients with paid advertising services across; Google Search, Bing Search, Facebook, Instagram & YouTube.

An opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 1 year (preferably more) in business development/developing relationships & converting sales opportunities. Preferably this experience will be working for an agency but experience in any sector will be considered.

Job location: Ideally to be based in our office in Hale Village Cheshire. Although for the right individual & experience we are able to offer remote working.

Hours of work: Standard office hours are 9am to 5pm with a 30 minute lunch break, however there will be instances where working outside of these hours is necessary to meet deadlines and to enable us to continue to provide an excellent quality of service to our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Researching new business opportunities
• Meeting with new prospects and factfinding
• Preparing & presenting paid media opportunities
• Converting to customers & up-selling during the customer life-cycle

The successful applicant will report directly to our Head of Creative. There will be an opportunity for considerable career advancement with the ability to build and manage a team (subject to performance).

Skills Required: Computer literate, Analytical skills, Concientious nature & Commitment to continued professional development.

Salary and Benefits: A flexible & competitive remuneration package is available (subject to experience) and commensurate with the sales nature of the role.
